Living Spaces



Step through the grand front entryway into a light, bright, and open living space. With high ceilings, an open layout, and lots of natural light, the living room is beautifully decorated with upscale furnishings. Light wood-look tile flooring flows from one space to the next. As you enter, no doubt you’ll immediately be drawn to the expansive glass doors which completely open to the pool deck, lending a resort-style feel to your getaway. Just beside the doorway, the cozy living room features plush sofas centered around a large flatscreen TV. Enjoy a show on YouTube TV, or log in to your favorite streaming channel after busy days at the beach.



Kitchen & Dining



Open to the living area, the heart of the home does not disappoint. Impeccably designed with incredible attention to detail, the kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, white shaker-style cabinetry, an eye-catching backsplash, and a huge kitchen island with seating for four. You’ll also find a wine fridge, a drip coffee maker, an air fryer, and everything you need for meal prep. Just beside the kitchen, an eight-person dining table invites you to gather for meals with your favorites under a luxe chandelier, and glass sliders in the dining area offer the perfect opportunity for after-dinner drinks by the pool.



Bedrooms & Baths



When you’ve been adventuring all day, there’s nothing better than sinking into a comfortable King-size bed to dream sweet dreams of Marco Island. Take your pick of three spacious King bedrooms, a Queen-size Murphy bed in the fourth bedroom, or a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room — there is plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and privacy.



The luxurious primary bedroom features a spa-like ensuite bathroom with two separate vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower, as well as a large TV and direct access to the pool deck. A second King suite also has an ensuite bathroom and a TV. The third King bedroom enjoys sliders to the pool deck and a TV, and it shares access to the hall bathroom with the fourth bedroom, which doubles as an office space. All three full bathrooms feature an upscale design and beautiful tile. There is also a full laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink for your convenience.

Outdoor Amenities



On the screened-in pool deck, multiple poolside lounge chairs invite you to relax and soak in the Florida sunshine beside the shimmering 10 x 20 ft pool. The sun shelf makes the perfect spot to lounge in the water or allow the little ones to splash in the shallow water, while a waterfall flows into the pool from the beautifully tiled built-in spa. Enjoy a multitude of pool toys as well.  While you’re unwinding in the pool, have your family’s chef fire up the gas grill and mix drinks at the wet bar. Then dine al fresco under the shade of the covered patio at the table for eight.

The Neighborhood:

One mile from the beach and just minutes from multiple restaurants and neighborhood conveniences, this home is convenient to everything in Marco Island. Marco Island beaches are consistently rated some of the best in the world, and there is so much to discover here!

Within one mile of the condo, you’ll find some of Marco Island’s most popular shopping centers, Esplanade Shoppes, Orange Grove, and Marco Town Center Mall.

There are six miles of sandy beaches to explore on Marco Island, including beautiful Tigertail Beach Park with its tidal lagoon perfect for kayaking and paddle boarding, about 5 minutes from the home. If you want to venture out farther, head out deep-sea fishing to catch your dinner, then return to the house to dine al fresco.

If you’d rather sample the cuisine of Marco Island, fresh seafood is never far away and waterfront beach bars are the perfect place to spot to take in the views. After your meal, stroll through local shops, explore the Marco Island Historical Museum, or book a tee time at one of several area golf courses.

Marco Island also boasts many natural areas that are exciting to explore. Rookery Bay is a bird watcher’s paradise with a boardwalk loop through an undisturbed mangrove forest. Take a dolphin cruise, kayak to uninhabited islands, or adventure to Everglades National Park for an Everglades airboat tour through the mangroves.

There’s even more to discover in nearby Naples, like strolling along the waterfront, dining at upscale restaurants, exploring galleries, museums, and shops, and watching the sunset from the pier. The Naples Botanical Gardens features 170 acres of preservation land and themed gardens, plus an interactive children’s garden and water features, and the Naples Zoo hosts giraffes, big cats, and a giant anteater.
