Thank you for your review. We strive to provide a 5-star experience for all our guests. We would like to clarify that our property provides complimentary starter supplies, including trash bags, intended to cover guests during the first 24 hours of their stay until they have an opportunity to visit a local store for any additional items they may need. We also do not provide seasonings or other opened food items due to potential cross-contamination and allergy risks, as guest safety is one of our top priorities. This information is shared with guests prior to arrival to help set clear expectations. While we regret that this affected your rating, we strive to be transparent about what is provided and appreciate your feedback. We hope you otherwise enjoyed your stay and wish you safe travels in the future.
