The Space:

At the loft level, you’ll find a relaxed and tucked-away sleeping space with two twin beds and a daybed, great for anyone who appreciates a bit of quiet above the main living areas.



On the top level, the heart of the home opens up. There’s a well-equipped kitchen ready for easy breakfasts or big family dinners, and it flows right into an airy living area with a dining table for gathering together. Just off the living room is a cheerful sunroom, a great spot for morning coffee or unwinding with a book. This floor also has a fully stocked coffee bar with k-cups, tea, syrups creamers and sweeteners.You can also step out onto the outdoor patio for fresh air and comfortable seating, or enjoy meals on the screened-in porch. This floor also includes a full hall bath and a King bedroom tucked away for a bit of privacy.



The mid level is where most of the bedrooms are, and it’s set up beautifully for groups. Two King primary suites each have their own en-suite bathroom and private balcony access, giving everyone a little personal escape. **Per HOA guidelines and local laws, the guests making the reservation must be at least 23 years old and be present during the entire duration of the stay. For non-family groups, all guests must be over the age of 23. If this rule or the home occupancy limit is breached, guests may be subject to fines or eviction.**



**Up to two pets are welcome for a $150 pet fee that will be added to your reservation**



The home is stocked with a starter supply of paper products and toiletries to get going, but it is recommended that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

This OBX village boasts stunning beaches, wild horses, and local businesses galore. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.

Other Things to Note:

Payment schedule: 50% at time of booking, 50% or remaining balance due 30 days before arrival.



The following violations may be subject to additional fines up to $300: unregistered pets, late departure without approval by host, & house left excessively messy.



High speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property but we cannot guarantee functionality for issues that are beyond our control. Potential Wifi outages will always be handled in a timely manner and resolved to the best of our ability. Unfortunately it is not guaranteed that our solutions will fix the issue and refunds will not be given for Wifi malfunctions.
