Pictures do not tell accurate condition furniture worn out stuffing missing from arms of recliners bed harder than a rock seems like it came from a yard sale. Has mold problems. Cabinets in very poor condition looks like built in the 50s with no upgrades since then the only positive was the view and the beach. Had to fight for parking each night. Had to call to get access to unit on the first day im sure on purpose as to restrict early access.
