Awaken to spectacular ocean views and sunrises every morning from this charming 4th floor studio, mere steps from the sands of one of Florida's most desirable beaches! This cozy studio features a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and all of the amenities you'll need for a perfect stay at the beach. Nestled in a tranquil area of beachside, Seaside Hideaway is ideally located near local top rated restaurants and shops. Not feeling like getting sandy but still want to enjoy the beautiful weather? Grill out at 27th Avenue Beachfront Park or soak in some rays at the on-property pool!

24 hour audio and video surveillance is present in all public areas of the building including entrances and the pool. Devices will be on.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE** Building elevator is out of service until further notice.

Booking guest must review and e-sign the property Rental Agreement before check-in.

A $250.00 USD security hold will be separately pre-authorized on your credit card on file by Fun Coast Rentals one (1) day before arrival and will be released within two (2) days following departure, provided no damages are found at the property. For stays longer than 7 days, the security hold will be released and recaptured each 7 day period of your stay.

Parking:
One (1) dedicated on-site parking space is available. One (1) free additional guest parking space may also be available on a first come, first served basis and is therefore not guaranteed. All parking is uncovered and requires the provided parking passes to be displayed at all times on vehicle or be subject to tow at vehicle owner's expense. Two (2) total parking passes are provided. Lost/stolen/damaged parking passes incur $50 USD replacement fee per pass. RV's, trailers or oversized trucks of any kind are not permitted on premises.
