All guests are required to register their vehicles and pay the parking/resort fee one to two days prior to check-in. The fee is a one time fee of $75.00 and includes one parking pass and 4 wristbands. *This fee is not included in your reservation cost as it is charged by Shores of Panama Resort.

The link to register will be sent prior to arrival via email and titled "Shores of Panama Guest Registration Link." You may pick up your parking pass and wristbands at the concierge in the lobby.

Boutique Beach Properties of FL charges an insurance damage waiver of $79.00 per booking. This is in place of a security deposit or credit card hold and covers each reservation for up to $10,000 in accidental damages. Due to VRBO settings this insurance is charged as a 'property fee'.
