The Summit condominiums. Amazing beach front condo with a balcony to enjoy beautiful views of the ocean and the outdoor pools! Newly renovated. Our condo is located on the fifth floor . Amenities include a spa with a sauna and a hot tub, gym, arcade room, outdoor pools with a tiki bar, basketball courts, outdoor grill area, and private beach access. Enjoy beautiful sunsets from your own balcony or enjoy the live music by the pool on the weekends! There is a one time $27.00 fee for Parking and wrist bands to allow access to all building amenities.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The condo & location are perfect! So many options in close proximity. The condo is on the 5th floor with great view of the ocean & pools. We loved the bunk beds in the wall! There were extra amenities and everything we needed to cook throughout the week. Loved the tiki bar and grille, the game room, and gym! The owners are very responsive, nice, and provided all needed details timely. I look forward to planning another stay here!

We enjoy it every time we are able to come to Panama City and we would love to share it with somebody else who loves the beach as well!

This property is our dream come true! Being able to drink coffee in the mornings from our balcony watching the waves is beautiful.
