The Space:

- No shoes inside the house please- No parties events or large gatherings- No unauthorized guest Guests who are not listed on the reservation areconsidered unauthorized guests and will be charged 150 per night - Complaints from neighbors for any disturbance or noise will lead to removal of guests from the property without a refund - No smoking If evidence of smoking is found in the house or anywhere in the premises of the house guest will be fined 400 for breaking our no smoking policy - Breaking the house rules or any damage to the property or furnishings may cost you the deposit and we may enter the house including police or legal action for necessary corrective preventive actions - The owners managers reserve the right to enter the premises to make repairs maintenance or in case of an emergency - No pets on beds or furniture If there is excess hair and or damage caused by you pet you will be responsible for paying for extra cleaning or damaged items
