This detached gem of a mid-century modern house offers privacy, comfort and authenticity combined with stunning street appeal. With mountain and palm tree views it has a spacious and completely private yard with (unheated) pool, fire pit and shaded seating and dining areas as well as private, shaded parking. It is a short walk to El Paseo and all the amenities that Palm Desert offers are just a few minutes’ drive away.
The Property
The two bedroom, two bathroom property has a fully fitted kitchen equipped with all the tools and appliances any chef could need. The living room with fire place is comfortably furnished and offers a large Samsung tv and Sonos sound system as well as free wifi.
- Master bedroom - King Bed, sliding glass doors providing access to the yard, en-suite bathroom with shower, toilet, twin sinks and jalousie door opening onto the yard
- Second bedroom - Queen Bed, access to second patio with seating, private bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, twin sinks
- Open plan living space with fire place, comfortable seating, a 6 person dining table and access to the yard and patio through sliding glass doors
-Kitchen is fully equipped with gas/electric Kitchen Aid stove, refrigerator/freezer, Bosch dishwasher, wine fridge, Samsung AI enabled washer/dryer, glassware, crockery, cutlery and flatware as well as mini-prep, Beast blender and much more. It also has a jalousie door leading out to the top of the line bbq.

A quintessential mid-century home on a 9500 sq ft lot surrounded by gorgeous mountain views with exterior breeze block walls that create wonderful street appeal and privacy. Situated in a quiet residential street this 1320 sq ft home is within a 15 minute walk to the many restaurants and retailers on El Paseo. Public tennis courts are nearby as well as hiking trails and many golf courses.
