If you are looking for a fabulous place to stay during your Colorado vacation, consider staying at this family friendly townhouse. Treat yourself to a comfortable, relaxing vacation in this luxurious home. This three bedroom, three bathroom home is centrally located to 6 major ski areas. Keystone 6mi, Breckenridge 15mi, Arapahoe Basin 8mi, Copper Mt 12mi, Vail and Beaver Creek 31mi.
It is a short walk to the City Market, a large shopping complex, several restaurants, & a multiplex cinema. Lake Dillon is just a 5 min. walk where you will find all kinds of water activities, a playground, & a walking/biking/roller blading path which will take you to Frisco, Breckenridge or all the way to Vail! Four season outdoor activities within minutes of the Moose Lodge. You can even go fly fishing within the city limits!
The main level boasts an open floor plan with a cozy, comfortable living room, a new 60 inch flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and a gas fireplace.
You will not feel like you are missing the party as you prepare meals in the open, convenient, fully stocked kitchen. There are dishes, flatware, and glassware for service for 16. There are also ample pots and pans etc. You will find nearly every small appliance you can imagine to help make your time in the kitchen as enjoyable as possible! In addition to the usual coffee maker and blender, other electric appliances are: coffee grinder, skillet, slow cooker, fondue pot, electric knife, waffle maker, mixer, and food processor.
The laundry room and three bedrooms are on the lower level. All kitchen, bed and bath linens are provided. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. There is a walkout patio from this room. The second bedroom a queen over queen bunk bed set up. This bedroom has a sliding glass door to the lower patio. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a humidifier and it's own TV.
The 2 car attached garage has convenient storage racks for your skis or snowboards. You will find 4 camp chairs for use on deck or to take to outdoor concerts at Dillon amphitheater. There is also an extra propane tank for the barbecue grill.

Great week of skiing

Had a great week of skiing at Keystone and Breckenridge, my daughter, mom and her 2 friends all enjoyed the condo and hot tubs after skiing. Easy check-in, garage was also a breeze to park. Thanks and we'll definitely stay again!

A group of guys who go on a big trip each year looking for powder! This place is close to all the major resorts and right in town so you have everything you could need during your trip! A nice house with lots of space and amenities! The location can't be beat if you intend to ski multiple resorts!

We stayed at the Moose Lodge for Labor Day weekend and saw a two night show at the amphitheater. We had a great time!! The house had plenty of space for us and was very comfy. It was within walking distance to the amphitheater and marina. Would highly recommend staying

Donna is a terrific host, absolutely loved the property and it was very spacious and comfortable for the 6 of us. The location is ideal and the surrounding area is very quiet and easy access to the I-70. She even sent me a note to check if we got to Denver International ok given the snowstorm.

Great place. The house is extremely comfortable. Multiple recliners and comfortable furniture. Every picture online is true to the house, no trick pictures to make things look bigger. Check-in was easy and the host was great. The location is real convenient, nearly within walking distance to groceries and other necessities. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Host

The townhouse was just as described: great location, clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. We had some trouble getting the heat to work initially, and Donna could not have been more communicative and helpful. She was patient with my husband as he tried to trouble-shoot the problem and then sent a repairman out to make things right. Don't hesitate to book with Donna - she will go above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable.

Even better looking in person

The pictures do not do the place justice. The kitchen spacious and three people can be working in it at the same time. Livingroom easily seats 6. (Had a great time watching the Super Bowl.) Hot tub is about two blocks away. Probably doable in the summer but was afraid I would be an icicle by the time I got out and back to the condo.

A nice way to start and end the ski day!

This accommodation worked out great for our group of four. The accommodations were just right with three bedrooms and three full paths. Some of our group utilized the hot tub to relax and refresh sore muscles at the end of the ski day. It was great to have a garage so that the vehicle was free of snow and ice in the morning. The fireplace and big screen television made for relaxing evenings at the property. The kitchen was fully equipped for our cooking and dining needs. Thanks for making your property available. We would definitely stay again when vacationing in Summit County!

Great location! The accommodations were good. We enjoyed having the garage. It was family friendly. We would highly suggest a deep cleaning. The ceiling fan was so full of dust/dirt that we could not use it. The light fixtures above the bar were also very dirty. The fans in the bathrooms were dirty as well. It would have been nice to have the hot tub closer to the condo after a long day of skiing. Over all we had a great time and may come back in the summer.

Loved this place, has everything you might need, two hot-tubs only yards from the unit, and within walking distance of almost everything you might need including restaurants, movie theater, grocery and liquor stores. Even got a welcome call from the unit owner upon arrival - a nice touch!!

Our family of 6 had a great trip, skiing 5 days at Arapahoe and enjoying our evenings in this comfortable home. Extremely convenient to the City Market just around the corner. The kitchen was very welll-stocked with all sorts of spices and other staples, and the bedrooms had plenty of extra pillows, blankets, towels, etc.. The house was very clean, and the garage was a nice plus!

We live in the Black Hills of South Dakota, 20 minutes from Mt Rushmore. We lived Colorado from 1977-1982 and although we relocated, we continue to enjoy this special place. We have 2 adult children who are both married and have blessed us with 4 beautiful grandchildren. We are looking forward to the opportunity to teach our grandchildren to ski the Rockies as we taught our own children many years ago!
