If you are looking for a fabulous place to stay during your Colorado vacation, consider staying at this family friendly townhouse. Treat yourself to a comfortable, relaxing vacation in this luxurious home. This three bedroom, three bathroom home is centrally located to 6 major ski areas. Keystone 6mi, Breckenridge 15mi, Arapahoe Basin 8mi, Copper Mt 12mi, Vail and Beaver Creek 31mi.

It is a short walk to the City Market, a large shopping complex, several restaurants, & a multiplex cinema. Lake Dillon is just a 5 min. walk where you will find all kinds of water activities, a playground, & a walking/biking/roller blading path which will take you to Frisco, Breckenridge or all the way to Vail! Four season outdoor activities within minutes of the Moose Lodge. You can even go fly fishing within the city limits!

The main level boasts an open floor plan with a cozy, comfortable living room, a new 60 inch flat screen TV, CD/DVD player and a gas fireplace.

You will not feel like you are missing the party as you prepare meals in the open, convenient, fully stocked kitchen. There are dishes, flatware, and glassware for service for 16. There are also ample pots and pans etc. You will find nearly every small appliance you can imagine to help make your time in the kitchen as enjoyable as possible! In addition to the usual coffee maker and blender, other electric appliances are: coffee grinder, skillet, slow cooker, fondue pot, electric knife, waffle maker, mixer, and food processor.

The laundry room and three bedrooms are on the lower level. All kitchen, bed and bath linens are provided. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and private bathroom. There is a walkout patio from this room. The second bedroom a queen over queen bunk bed set up. This bedroom has a sliding glass door to the lower patio. The third bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a second bathroom. Each of the 3 bedrooms has a humidifier and it's own TV.

The 2 car attached garage has convenient storage racks for your skis or snowboards. You will find 4 camp chairs for use on deck or to take to outdoor concerts at Dillon amphitheater. There are 2-10 speed bikes available for use.

There is also an extra propane tank for the barbecue grill.

We live in the Black Hills of South Dakota, 20 minutes from Mt Rushmore. We lived Colorado from 1977-1982 and although we relocated, we continue to enjoy this special place. We have 2 adult children who are both married and have blessed us with 4 beautiful grandchildren. We are looking forward to the opportunity to teach our grandchildren to ski the Rockies as we taught our own children many years ago!

Love the space, location & neighborhood

This is a big place. Our three bedroom was roomy and comfortable. The location in Dillon is close is very close to 4 major ski areas and Vail is only 30 minutes away. The neighborhood, Lookout Ridge, is a quaint mountain community of well-maintained townhomes very close to shopping and restaurants (There are three [3!] Starbucks within one mile).

This home was very well equipped. We really didn't need anything at all! Everything worked well. The owner was very responsive and friendly. In short, this is how the VRBO experience was meant to be!

Great for large family group

We had a fabulous stay at the Moose Lodge. The unit slept all 9 of us comfortably and it was very clean and well kept. The snow was great this season and we even got fresh snow at the end of March during our stay. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you might need. We made a few crockpot meals and splurged with steak on the grill one night. Would definitely stay here again.

Just perfect..

Superbly equipped, very comfortable, clean and well-maintained, spacious, ideally situated (walking distance) for shopping/cinema/restaurants, easy drive or bus to Keystone/A-basin, Breckenridge & Copper. We've rented this beautiful home twice so far, and hopefully will do so again for future vacations.

Everything you need, and then some!

The Moose has been my Go-To place for many years and it will be for many years to come. It is literally the perfect location - Near restaurants and grocery. Minutes from the highway. Best of all, it is centrally located to Breck, A-Basin and Keystone. If Vail gets a big powder day it's just a short drive down I-70.

Besides the great location, the condo is absolutely perfect. Upon arrival, everything is spotless. You could eat dinner off of the floors if you wanted! Also - whoever owns the place really seems like they put money back into it for their renters. They are always making upgrades. There was a sick new TV and new couch's this year. The hot tubs are new as well.

Anyway - I would recommend this place to anyone. You won't find a better kept place in summit county.

Wow. What a tremendous spot

Love love love the Moose. You literally could not conjure up a better location. Five minutes to Keystone. Ten to A-Basin and Copper. Fifteen to Breck. And twenty to Vail and Beaver Creek. World class grocery store in walking distance. Walkable restaurants. And the place itself is so nice. Immaculately clean. Such cool bunk beds. Great living space for spending time with family and friends. And community hot tubs a short walk away. In a word: perfect. See you next year!

Great place The Moose Cabin.

The cabin was great! We have a great time there with our friends. It was confortable 100%. The cabin is close to CityMarket, and several restaurants.
