The spacious living room is filled with natural light from a wall of windows overlooking the water — perfect for morning coffee while watching the sunrise. The home also features a finished lower level with an additional sitting area and walkout access to the waterfront, giving everyone extra space to relax and spread out.
In the summer, enjoy the spacious yard, gradual waterfront entry, private dock, and provided canoe and two kayaks. Evenings can be spent under the stars on the patio or around the firepit. In the winter, the home is just 5 minutes from Pleasant Mountain Ski Resort, making it an ideal base for ski days followed by cozy nights inside. There are also plenty of nearby hiking trails to explore year-round, with especially stunning views during the fall foliage season. With features for both warm and cold seasons, this Moose Pond retreat offers year-round enjoyment for family and friends.
