Your host
I grew up in the Bay Area and have lived here my whole life. I enjoy working as an interior designer helping people transform and remodel their homes. I love being near the ocean and in the mountains and spending time with my family.
Why they chose this property
I chose this neighborhood because it’s very peaceful, charming and I love being right around the corner from the little country store and local cafe and especially close to the lake! It feels like the houses are in a campground. It’s only an 8-10 min drive to town and so close to Grass Valley for everything you need! You can ride your bike around the neighborhood and feel safe and relaxed.
What makes this property unique
I believe my property is so unique the way it’s situated. The backyard starts with a garden at one end and graduates down to a perfect area for the pickleball and basketball court and sitting area. It feels spacious and peaceful with the open area between the two with the surrounding beautiful majestic cedar and dogwood trees.
