Great Rental Home

We came to Nevada City to stay the weekend for a wedding. Home is very clean and worked great for us to stay close to venue. Definitely great price and privacy

Nice Getaway

Everything was as described in the pictures. Inside was very clean. House was in the woods and the pines smelled wonderful! Big lot that the dogs loved sniffing around. We even saw a buck! Only a few minutes from downtown Nevada City. Overall a nice getaway.

Exceeded Expectations

This stay totally exceeded our expectations! The yard was huge and feels like you have the whole forest to yourself. The home is cozy and well kept. So you get a great sense of being isolated while still having access to comfort.

Cabin with everything you need

Property had everything you need for an out of the way getaway in the mountains — little gems everywhere we looked. Need a hammock, they’ve got it; want to play an old or new album, yep a turntable too; and much more. Kitchen was great with coffee grinds ready and all. Kids loved the space for playing games and relaxing after a day out and about in the mountains. Master suite was away from kids rooms for a nice space to ourselves. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy the morning to yourselves outside on the picnic table under the pines.

Peaceful and serene

We absolutely loved this property! Our dog is very active so having the extra room for him to roam was just wonderful. The land is partially fenced and there is a tether on a cable if you are worried about your pup roaming too far. The house is tastefully decorated and comfortable. We had an incident where the internet was down and the host was very responsive and had it up and running quickly. The property is quiet, private and peaceful. Just what we needed. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Very nice setting and very well equiped and comfortable..

Way better than anticipated and all above average with attention to detail. I could not sign in to the iinternet on site probable due to my own confusion. Recomend getting all your info in a hard copy as I was not able to sign in over 5g network on site with by i phone. Wonderful and thank you.
