* Linens and towels are included and can be swapped out during your stay for a small fee.
* Bay Watch Resort also offers an on-site restaurant and bar, as well as seasonal entertainment options.
* Extended stays are welcome, with discounts available for weekly or monthly bookings.
* The Indoor Lazy River in Tower 1 and Tower 1 pool are currently under renovations until further notice.
* Mandatory Rental Agreement and Damage Waiver:
We partner with the safe and secure CHARGEautomation system which assists with completion of the rental agreement and damage waiver process. Agreement consent is finalized through payment of the mandatory, non-refundable $35 Damage Protection Fee within 1 hour of booking. The waiver includes coverage for up to $1,000 in accidental damage, providing added peace of mind for your stay.

* Parking Limitations: No motorcycles, golf carts, trailers, or golf carts are allowed on the resort property. Oversize vehicles would need to park in the oversized parking deck and it is a fee determined by the resort’s front desk.

To ensure a smooth and secure stay for everyone, we have a mandatory rental agreement process.
- The Rental Agreement must be completed within 1 hour of booking.
- By consenting, you agree to the mandatory, non-refundable $45 damage protection fee. This fee covers accidental damage up to $1,000 and eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
- Failure to complete the agreement in the allotted time may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
