This is an actual beachfront property in an extraordinary tropical setting.

Welcome to Arenas Negra, a private two-story beachfront villa in Barceloneta for families and groups who want the whole house, pool, rooftop, and ocean to themselves.

Every reservation includes the complete villa and all four bedrooms for up to 12 registered guests—no shared spaces and no bedroom restrictions based on guest count.

The layout is designed for real groups:
• Master suite: king bed, private oceanfront balcony, and dedicated workspace
• Bedroom 2: queen bed plus a full-size, adult-grade bunk bed and private TV
• Bedroom 3: queen bed plus a full-size, adult-grade bunk bed
• Bedroom 4: full-size bed plus a private game lounge with two chairs and a wall-mounted TV

Four couples each get a proper bed. Four kids get the full-size bunks. Everyone gets the whole villa.

The villa has 3 bathrooms, an open living area with panoramic ocean views, a 100-inch TV, dining for up to 10, a fully equipped kitchen, A/C in every room, Starlink, a backup generator, washer and dryer, and private parking for 2 vehicles.

Outside, enjoy the oceanfront infinity pool, rooftop lounge with fire pit, BBQ, hammocks, and picnic table, plus a private staircase to the black-sand beach. The north-coast ocean changes daily: some days are calm for swimming; others are better for boogie boarding, surfing, or enjoying the view. Protected beaches are a short drive away.

There simply aren’t enough words to describe how breathtaking this beach house is. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The home is absolutely beautiful, beautifully maintained, and the location is nothing short of a dream. Being right on the beach with the ocean just steps away made this stay feel like our own private piece of paradise.The views are absolutely incredible! Waking up to the sound of the waves, spending the day enjoying the beach and pool, and watching the most beautiful sunsets was exactly the peaceful escape we were looking for. The combination of the gorgeous home, private pool, and unbeatable beachfront location makes this property truly exceptional.And the host deserves just as much praise as the property itself. They were incredibly accommodating, kind, and responsive throughout our entire stay. Anytime we had a question or needed anything, they were quick to respond and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. That level of hospitality made an already amazing experience even better.This wasn’t just a place to stay—it was an experience we will remember for a very long time. The home was rebuilt as a single cohesive villa designed for large groups — multiple gathering spaces, a master suite with a private oceanfront balcony, and custom bunk rooms that make the house both luxurious and practical. What makes it truly unique is the setting: this stretch of Barceloneta has its own rhythm, from calm mornings to world-class surf rolling in behind the house. Being able to step from the pool to the beach in seconds is the kind of Puerto Rico experience I always wanted to share.
