This house was beautiful and everything we could’ve wanted in a vacation. It was easy to be able to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful mountain views.
Great host - easy and quick communication! Beautiful house and view - but keep in mind the backyard backs up to a parking lot for the lake . Lots of space outdoors to hang out and inside ! Beds were very comfortable, plenty of towels and linens. The paddle boards were so fun to use out on the lake.
House was clean, had plenty of towels and plates for everyone. There are plenty of amenities to keep you busy. Host made check in and check out easy and communication was quick and helpful. Would stay here again!
Our family of 13 absolutely loved the Palmer Lake House! We enjoyed all of the amenities- hot tub, sauna, game room, workout space, paddle boarding on the beautiful lake, family board games - everything was great! Devin, the host was great - quick to answer. Highly recommended!!
Hot tub and cold plunge were dirty, but owner was very responsive and sent someone over to clean both that evening. He even sent snacks and several bags of ice for the cold plunge since the chiller wasn’t working. The house is huge and beautiful, it was a great location and was the perfect setting for our family over the holiday weekend.
We had a rehearsal luncheon there and it was perfect. Then the bridal party stayed at the house for the wedding.. House was clean and comfortable and outdoor area was perfect for people to sit outside. Host communicated well, very helpful. Plenty of linens for a large group. The house worked great for a wedding at Spruce Mountain just 5 minutes away. Highly recommend.
The property was perfect for our team's planning retreat. There were 10 of us and it never felt too crowded or that we were stepping on toes. Plenty of beauty surrounding the property with tails to walk or hike. The hardest thing we faced was the first night hearing the train whistle close by, but by the second night we didn't even notice. Our host was quick in responding and super accommodating to what our team needed. He provided so many things that there was never a question of what we should do. Communication was clear and helpful.
