Remove trash and place in outdoor bins. Empty refrigerator of food. Load and start dishwasher. Turn off lights and appliances.
Clean up pet waste, secure pets, and report any damage before departure. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet hours 10:00 PM–8:00 AM per local noise ordinance. Excessive noise or disturbances to neighbors are prohibited.

This property was ideal for our five-day stay. The home is modern, clean, and comfortable, thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed, and perfectly located for easy access to the beach and outstanding restaurants.Each guest enjoyed the luxury of a private bedroom and bathroom. The mattresses were exceptionally comfortable, and there was an ample supply of towels and linens.We would highly recommend this home to friends and family and look forward to booking it again on our next visit to Holden Beach.

This place is a 10/10! We could not have been happier with our stay. The entire place was super clean upon arrival. The kitchen is stocked with anything you could ever want, the beds were very comfortable and being right on the canal was fun for kayaking and catching crabs! Very close to the public beach access and a good amount of restaurants close by. Michael was a great host and always responded very quickly. We will definitely be back!
