Organized, Clean and Ideal Location
I was in a bit of a pinch and needed to be in Colorado for my son's competition for about 11 nights. I had reservations at Copper Mountain, however I had to relocate 3 times because of the length of my stay. I booked this property approximately one week before I had the chance to cancel my other reservation and I very thankful I did. Everything in the unit is perfect. There are two assigned parking spots in a heated, secure garage where you could leave your ski equipment. You can walk to the bus stop for all major ski areas in less than three minutes. Your right in the heart of the charming main street of Frisco. Coffee, bars, restaurants, etc, you can just walk. I did some drone photography on the hiking trails that are a 5 minute walk down the road. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to be in the heart of Summit County. Will probably try to do a biking and boating trip in the Summer.

Trip to Frisco, Co.
Four of us stayed in Bob’s condo on Main Street in Frisco during our ski trip to Copper Mountain. Everything about the condo was right on. No issues whatsoever. Would definitely stay there again. It’s a very nice condo, very roomy, outdoor hot tub, easy access, underground parking with an elevator and an ideal location on Main Street. Was close to the Summit bus stop and restaurants. Bob was very responsive to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Frisco.

Excellent location and great host!
This was our first time in Colorado and we chose the town of Frisco for the location closer to Breckenridge and the expressway. What a charming little town! This condo is located exactly where you need to be. Right on Main Street! Quick exit to the first floor and there you are. The condo is in great shape, just like the pictures. The bed separation was perfect for us since we were a party of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). Views from the balcony we perfect, It snowed almost every day we were there. By the way, our kids have never seen the snow so it was a delight to see their reaction. The condo comes completely equipped with everything you need. Even humidifiers which is something we did not think of. Bob was extremely easy to contact and would respond immediately. I'm glad we texted each other because he did tell me to reserve the tubing ahead of time which we had no idea we had to because they do sell out fast. We highly recommend this place, 5 stars!

About the host

Hosted by Bob

Host profile image
Owning a Colorado Mountain Property has been a dream of mine for 30 years. I've got two degrees from Colorado Universities; Joyce gave birth to our daughter, Julie, in Boulder who "hankered" to attend Texas A&M; and our son Mike graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Except for the schools and ski trips however, my careers have taken us elsewhere. But now we (and the expanded family) can call Colorado home (whenever possible).

Why they chose this property

While we had been through, stayed in, and enjoyed Frisco in the past, it was not until spending two weeks in a small condo in the Summer of 2013 that we knew this would be where we wanted to buy. Frisco's so small we would have been happy anywhere but when we found something right on Main Street, with all the amenities listed, we bought. We hope this will pass down through generations!

What makes this property unique

Friendly, helpful people. The streets don't "pack" with tourists, free parking, but the stores, shops and ski rental establishments provide all you really need (and are but a short walk). Restaurants and great "Happy Hours" abound. "Whole Foods" is a great addition for "home cooked" meals after skiing, in front of our fireplace at a nice long dining room table, looking out at the mountains.
