Owning a Colorado Mountain Property has been a dream of mine for 30 years. I've got two degrees from Colorado Universities; Joyce gave birth to our daughter, Julie in Boulder but "hankered" to attend Texas A&M; and our son Mike graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in Greeley. Except for the schools and ski trips however, my careers have taken us elsewhere. But now we (and the expanded family) can call Colorado home (whenever possible).
Bob purchased this Condo in 2013
Why Bob chose Frisco
While we had been through, stayed in, and enjoyed Frisco in the past, it was not until spending two weeks in a small condo in the Summer of 2013 that we knew this would be where we wanted to buy. Frisco's so small we would have been happy anywhere but when we found something right on Main Street, with all the amenities listed, we bought. We hope this will pass down through generations!
What makes this Condo unique
Friendly, helpful people. The streets don't "pack" with tourists, but the stores, shops and ski rental establishments provide all you really need (and are but a short walk). Restaurants and great "Happy Hours" abound. "Whole Foods" is a great addition for "home cooked" meals after skiing, in front of our fireplace at a nice long dining room table, looking out at the mountains.

First class all the way. A real home from home experience and highly recommended. Super location.
Second visit for us. This time nine nights. Large and spacious and living room area well furnished with super light; windows on two sides. A great base for a number of ski resorts. The quality of communication with Bob the owner was excellent and made our arrival from the UK via DIA hassle free. Highly recommend.
Great Condo-Central location
We like to stay central to ski areas and Frisco is the perfect spot. This condo was clean, well equipped and a perfect location in Frisco to enjoy. Plenty of space and just what was needed for our family of 4.
Thanks. Glad we could accommodate. Location, location, location is one of our strongest attributes! Bob
Amazing family vacation condo.
This location is great for a family of all ages with access to mountains, free public transportation, restaurants, shopping and even a Yoga studio down the street. Condo was clean, bright and the View !! Everything was in perfect condition and very spacious. The appliances were late models, all in great working order. Kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed for family dinners. Beds were comfy; TVs, WiFi, and codes all worked. Instructions were detailed and organized. Owner is amazing. We would highly recommend this rental and we will definitely be back again.
Thank you Margaret. Glad you had a great time and took time to note our hard work and all our amenities. We too enjoy our mountain views most of all. Please come back. Bob
Perfect spot for mountain-hopping
This condo was a perfect place to stay as we skied at Keystone, Breck, and Beaver Creek, meeting different friends each day. The hot tub was a hit for the sore muscles, and access to Main St. was super easy for dinner/drinks. Owner is very responsive to issues, and proactive at times.
Thanks Brad and Family. Happy you all had a great time and enjoyed our amenities and location. We love it too and in fact are skiing this week.
Very nice condo in downtown Frisco. I will rent again the next time I visit. The owner was extremely helpful.
Thanks Brian. Glad everything was to your satisfaction. See you again. Bob
This condo had it all!!
Our one week stay went beyond our expectations. Even though the condo was located on Main Street, the views from the great room were spectacular, especially at night with the beautiful lights. Loved Bob's attention to detail and appreciated all the "extras" that were provided. The condo was impeccable and we appreciated Bob's promptness to all of our inquiries. It was also a ski lover's paradise with the proximity to many of Colorado's fabulous ski resorts!!
We love reviews that point out our attention to detail, not to mention our unobstructed mountain views to the north. No accident that all of our chairs and couches offer "the Rockies." Thank you.
In the Winter, you're probably here to snowboard or ski, but consider, especially with younger kids, the sledding, tubing, snow shoeing, and sleigh rides at the Frisco Adventure Park. For adventurous adults, rent a snowmobile, either at the top of Vail Pass and have a ball on 50 miles of marked trail, or again right here in Frisco. In the Summer, do some river kayaking, white water rafting, sailing, or if you're like me, grab a book, pick a scenic view, and chill.
