THE PROPERTY
The Encanto House is an updated and spacious 3 Bedroom, 2.5 bath home built in 1949 and located in an historic neighborhood with a strong community feel. The home has everything you could want while visiting the Valley of the Sun, Arizona State University, and the surrounding area.

1. Primary Bedroom: KING bed with high quality mattress, large closet, full length mirror, laundry baskets, luggage racks, electronics charging stations, and SMART TV.
2. Bedroom 2: QUEEN bed with high quality mattress, sitting chair, large closet, laundry baskets, luggage racks, electronics charging stations, and SMART TV.
3. Bedroom 3: QUEEN bed with high quality mattress, closet, mirror, laundry baskets, luggage racks, electronics charging stations, and SMART TV.
• In addition, QUEEN double-height air mattress with built in compressor.

• Unless prior arrangements have been made, late check out after 11:00 will result in $150/hour fee (as we need to get in to clean for the next guests).

On Site Parking Available
• The carport has plenty of room for two vehicles, and street parking is available all weekend and after 5pm on weekdays (keeps students from parking in neighborhoods). If additional parking is needed, please let us know.

Other Things to Note:
• Top notch communication, from beginning through the end of your stay.
• An email link with a ‘digital guestbook’ will be provided at booking and available at the property. This digital guestbook is simple to use and provides important information about the property, how to use things, what to do while at the property, places to go, and a variety of other information.
• There are security cameras on the EXTERIOR of the property to ensure guest safety.
