Floor-to-ceiling windows wrapping the great room, framing sweeping mountain and valley views.
Spacious open-concept living area centered around a wood-burning fireplace, designed for gathering and connection.
Expansive steel deck ideal for outdoor dining, relaxation, and taking in panoramic scenery.
Layout & Comfort
Three-bedroom layout: one upstairs and two downstairs within a fully finished lower level.
Full bathrooms on both upper and lower levels for added convenience.
Two complete laundry facilities — one upstairs and one downstairs — thoughtfully designed to support your Montana outdoor adventures.
Lower level designed as a private entertainment space, perfect for movies, games, and relaxation. No aerial or loud fireworks. No wood-burning fires outside during fire season (typically July - August). Failure to comply will result in a $2,500 flat fee. No parties, weddings or events without pre-approval when renting the property. Contact hosts regarding fees for gatherings/parties/events/weddings. Hosting an event without approval will result in a $5,000 flat fee.
No commercial photography or filming allowed without approval and a contract. If you want to use our place as a location, contact us and we will work it out!
Well-behaved dogs (two maximum) are welcome but must be reviewed and approved first - there will be a pet fee. Dogs are not allowed on furniture and should not be left alone. Dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the house; we encourage crating or taking your dog when you leave the house. If you need a crate, please ask.
Please remove your shoes in the cabin, especially in the carpeted basement.
Be mindful of the septic system.
There are 20 acres to explore, please be cautious! This is the mountains and there are large wild animals.
We do have neighbors and we kindly request guests respect their privacy. Please do not cross property lines or fences. Wander, have fun, be friendly, but please be respectful of personal space and everyone`s enjoyment! Thank you for helping keep The Cabin House a good neighbor!
