The Space:

Please be aware: while the home is professionally cleaned, the bathroom tiles have permanent stains, and some ceiling areas may show signs of previous repairs.



Quiet Hours: Please respect neighbors and keep noise down between 9 PM – 8 AM.



Pets are not allowed at this unit.



Pest Notice: Austin's climate may bring ants, roaches, or other insects despite regular pest control. Additional service can be arranged if needed.



Other Notes: Mail and package delivery are not accessible. Amenities like the pool or gym may be closed at management's discretion for maintenance. Starter supplies are provided, but guests on longer stays may need to replenish essentials.



Guest Access:

You have access to your own stylish apartment. In addition, you can lounge by the resort-style pool, work out in the fitness center, or enjoy one of the other fantastic, on-site amenities.



The Neighborhood:

The East Riverside area is near Downtown, South Congress (SoCo) and many of the best green areas in Austin (Zilker & Barton Creek Greenbelt). Strolling on East Riverside you'll find many cheap eateries, cool thrift stores, and Austin classic dive bars



Getting Around:

We recommend driving near and in Austin proper, and there are rideshares, public transportation and scooters for those who would prefer not to bring or rent a car. No matter what you want to do, it's easy to get around in this area.
