The high ceilings, large windows providing abundant natural light, hardwood flooring, intricate woodwork trim, and regal staircase make this home a beautiful place with memories of a time long gone. Inside, guests will find two king beds and one queen four-poster bed, perfect for a restful night on the second floor. Each of the three bedrooms has a spacious closet and dresser for your use. A reading nook and desk space located on the upstairs landing is a great workspace for those traveling and working away from home.

The house features two full bathrooms, including one en-suite in the north bedroom and one shared with a beautiful claw-foot tub and shower. The south bedroom includes an en-suite private dressing room. There’s also an extra water closet on the first floor with a private toilet room.

Whether you’re relaxing by the fire or getting ready for the day, the space offers excellent comfort and thoughtful touches. With plenty of room to spread out, this tremendous house invites you to unwind and enjoy your time. The spacious front porch is perfect for watching the friendly neighborhood activities and people pass by and is just a short walk to Downtown Lodi main street. The front parlor sunroom offers overstuffed chairs for reading, visiting and relaxing. The formal living room is large enough for your entire group to visit, watch movies on the large screen tv, or enjoy the large gas fireplace.

Imagine cooking your meals together in the updated kitchen featuring beautiful granite countertops and cafe style appliances. A five burner gas stovetop, built-in wall oven, French door refrigerator-freezer combo, and microwave will make staying in a treat.
