Property Description

Located in the Park West neighborhood, Relax and Refresh Lodi boasts 2,300 sq feet of comfort with a touch of luxury. An expansive professional kitchen and ample outdoor entertainment areas make this home a relaxing respite after a day of exploring Lodi's wineries and recreational opportunities.

This property is newly back to welcoming guests after a major update.
Freshly painted, Relax and Refresh Lodi now sports tidy solid surface floors throughout.


The space

This property has 4 upstairs bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and inside laundry. A chef’s kitchen with granite counters, travertine floors, double ovens, and a Thermador cooktop invites you to craft delicious meals to accompany your Lodi wines.
Two comfortable common rooms offer spots for mingling or privacy. The cozy front room features an upright piano and the family room has power reclining sofas for binging your favorite series. The mounted TV in the front room has Roku for use with your account.
The spacious backyard is a summer oasis including a large lawn area and pool. The ample entertainment space in the yard is furnished with a patio table and BBQ. It is the ideal location for entertaining during your Lodi visit.

Master bedroom has a King bed and his/hers closets/TV+Roku.
The three additional bedrooms are available, two with queen beds, and one with 3 twin size beds; altogether sleeping a group of 8 persons.
This home a offers two-car garage parking and ample street parking. The neighborhood is the best walking area in Lodi and has four nearby parks; Peterson Park (0.2 miles away), Kazakian Park (0.8 miles), Lodi Lake (1.5 miles), and Vinewood Dog Park (2.0 miles). Lodi Lake is a nature sanctuary and offers kayaking, paddle boarding, walking/jogging trails, and bird watching.
Raley’s supermarket, local restaurants, and the Lodi Wine and Visitor Center are less than a mile away.
Free way access is a straight shot down Turner Road, 3 miles east to Highway 99 and 5 miles west to get to I-5.

Great Family weekend

Loved the house and was a great location close to the wedding venue. Enjoyed the Lodi Brewery and Klinker Brick winery. The house was everything discribed in the listing. And the owners were very helpful and quickly responded to my texts.

Perfect home for pups and kids!

We stayed with our 4 children and 2 dogs. The kids spent most of the time in the pool. I was able to contact Lisa with ease. The home is beautiful. We will stay again!

A very nice visit, indeed.

A group of us were in town for a wedding and had a lovely visit. There were a few minor repairs needed here or there, but the house was exactly what we needed. The piano was a nice touch for our musically influenced group. Only wish the “tiny pool” was indeed a hot tub.

Perfect Stay in Central Valley Wine Country

This home is in a lovely, quiet neighborhood of Lodi, California, which is best known for its white-wine wineries. The home is well-appointed, and the VRBO description is accurate. The pool area is a real plus, particularly if you visit in the months when day temperatures are in the 90s. The mattress in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable and the linens/towels/pillows are in great conditions. Communication with the owner/property manager were pleasant and efficient. We hope to stay there again.

Property was as advertised. In the afternoons enjoyed the pool. Communications with owner was great. Instructions in the home were simple. Getting hot water to the Master bath took longer than we thought it should. Overall stay and trip were very good.

Nice home in a great location

My family was traveling to Northern California for a funeral and decided to stay in lodi. The home was located in a very nice and safe area which was important us. There were lots of restaurants and stores close by. The house itself was very comfortable for our family. I would suggest updating the listing to warn potential renters that the jacuzzi is broken. In fact, the jacuzzi looked as if it has not been used in quite some time, or cleaned for that matter. This was a little disappointing as I bought a swim suit in hopes of relaxing after a stressful week. Also, there are only two televisions. One in the living room and another in the master bedroom. Although not a huge deal, I would have loved TVs in each bedroom since my family of 6 all wanted to watch different things. All in all, we would stay at Park Place again.

Your stay in Lodi will provide you with all the wine events your heart desires thanks to our 85+ wineries and tasting rooms. You will find boutique wineries, friendly farm wineries, and wineries with a view! Venturing farther afield, Napa and Sonoma wineries are located 90 minutes from us.

Free way access is a straight shot down Turner Road, 3 miles east to Highway 99 and 5 miles west to get to I-5. You can reach Sacramento International Airport in 45 minutes. Daytrips to San Francisco, Lake Tahoe, and Yosemite National Park are easily accomplished from here (1.5 -2.5 hours).
