The home is located in the highly desired southern section of Tahquitz River Estates. Known for its picturesque Ranch and Mid-Century homes, the area offers a quiet, residential setting while still being just a quick drive or bike ride away from Palm Springs' vibrant attractions:

- Downtown Palm Springs: Upscale dining, shopping, and entertainment on Palm Canyon Drive.
- The Saguaro & Ace Hotel: Iconic mid-century resorts with popular pool parties and dining (close proximity).
- Hiking Trails: Easy access to scenic trails in the nearby Indian Canyons.

Guest Access: Guests will have exclusive, private access to the entire 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home, the private gated lot, and all amenities, including the pool, spa, built-in BBQ, and garage/EV charger.

Interaction with Guests: We provide a seamless self-check-in experience. We respect your privacy but are always available via text or call to assist with any questions or local recommendations during your stay.

Living room/dining room - Light filled indoor/outdoor luxury California Ranch feel. Beautiful custom stone gas Fireplace, 75" TV, large dining table between living area and kitchen. The steel glass doors allow you to enjoy the tranquility and beauty of Palm Springs right from your living room.
Kitchen - Custom white oak cabinetry with plenty of storage and beautiful stone countertops. All new built in viking appliances 36" Range with 6 burners, oven, and microwave with convection settings and other high end features.
Garage - 220v dedicated EV charger plug. Washer and dryer. can fit 2 cars snug or 1 car with plenty or room. Can fit two cars in driveway or plenty of street parking.

Bedroom 1 (Primary bedroom) - Cozy room with king bed, white oak built in closet and spacious en-suite bathroom. Steel glass doors that lead to bbq lounge area and pool.
Guest bedroom 2 - Large room with queen bed, seating area with couch and coffee table. Built in closet with dresser. Steel glass door leading to private patio with great views located on the side of the house with access to backyard and Pool/Spa.
Guest bedroom 3 - Comfortable room with queen bed and built in closer with dresser. Steel glass doors leads to Pool/Spa and lounger area.
Guest bedroom 4 - Comfortable room with large built in closet with dresser. Beautiful en-suite bathroom with bathtub.
All bathrooms - Fully renovated with high end luxury features and fixtures. There is a total of 3.5 bathrooms. 3 of the bathrooms have showers and there is a bathtub in one of the en-suite guest bathrooms. The half bathroom is a powder room with toilet and sink for guests.

Located roughly 2.5 miles from Palm Springs International Airport. Public bus transit, Sunline bus stop on East Palm Canyon Drive and S Camino Real just a short walk from the house. House is under 2 miles from downtown Palm Springs. Ride share apps such as Uber and Lyft are available in Palm Springs.

Noise Policy: Palm Springs has strict short-term rental rules. Outdoor music is prohibited. Quiet hours are strictly enforced between 10 PM and 10 AM.

Guest Count: Maximum occupancy is 8 guests (to be confirmed based on city permit rules).

Pets: No pets allowed.

Smoking: No smoking inside the home.

Pool/Spa: Pool heating is available seasonally for an additional daily fee (please request in advance).
