We really enjoyed our stay in this home! It was great for 2 families with a bunch of kids! The location was ideal! We will probably stay here again! That being said, there are a few things that could greatly improve the property. The sun came up by 6:45am and the rooms were all super bright. Though each window does have a pull down shade, they are not black out shades, so if you want to sleep in, this is not the rental for you. The listing says it sleeps 16, you definitely couldn’t sleep more than 14 comfortably. The last thing is, the furniture was lacking in the living space. The coffee table was so wobbly it felt like it could break at any moment! The only furniture to sit on in the living area was a small couch and 2 very uncomfortable chairs. If a home sleeps 16, the living area should at least sit 10.

The house and property managers were amazing. I personally did not like Rosemary Beach because everything was super crowded. So it was not my favorite beach. If you are looking for a relaxing beach to actually hang out on - this is not it, but if you love to shop and swim by the pool this property is amazing. The pools were great for all ages and access to the shops were great. The tram was also nice, but once you get to the beach it is only a small section that everyone can set up on.
