The location was great! We loved the conveniences within walking distance including a restaurant, Walmart Market, putt putt, the beach and Walgreens! We REALLY appreciated the fenced in backyard allowing our dog to be off-leash! She just kept looking for grass to roll in. The house had ALL the kitchen amenities including a brand new fridge with ice/water, coffee maker and air fryers! The one bed we used was very comfortable! I struggled a bit with scents of fabric softener (we use free & clear with dryer balls), but we know everything was laundered! As I wrote in the guest book, we look forward to more comfy furniture inside and out when we return. We also hope there will be more screens in windows, so we can open them. Ryan was responsive very quickly every time I reached out, which was only due to our changes in plans.

the house was clean, good location,close to the beach stores resturants.there was 5 adults and one dog. beds were comfortable, dinning and kitchen were a good size, yard is fenced in there is no problem if you have a dog.ryan was great recommened good places to eat told me to call him if i had any questions or problems,we would stay there again.

Great property if you're okay with an older place. We loved it for its character and location. I could see if you are wanting a more modern place with more bells and whistles how you might not enjoy this rental. But for me and my family it was perfect. The location is great; within walking distance to the beach, a grocery store, and several restaurants.

We are the 2nd owners of this charming beach house. We have been coming here for about 3 decades now. This place has a great comfortable feel. Old charm with all modern amenities. Excellent base camp for The perfect vacation. Hanging out on the big secluded deck . Walking on the Beach . Locals Pub close by with great food. Walgreens/Hooters/Putt Putt/Neighborhood Walmart/Beautiful Setting with Old Live Oak trees. Traffic not bad even in peak season. Lots of parking /Fenced Back yard and parking . Broadway at the Beach /Pelicans Baseball near by.
