Fun and comfortable house to spend a few days in FLX. The Tiki bar downstairs is definitely unique, but we also enjoyed the amenities upstairs with the spacious kitchen, deck, and living rooms. The house had a lot of personal touches to help put you in a vacation mindset. We enjoyed walking down to the dock on the lake, it's on a quiet cove of the lake. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Tiki on the Lake! Jessica was an incredible, accommodating host. She always responded quickly and offered wonderful recommendations for wineries and dining in the area. The house itself was perfect for our girl’s getaway, with comfortable rooms, a well-stocked kitchen, a beautiful lake view and the very fun tiki bar. Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to swim this visit, but the dock was easily accessible and the water very inviting. I would definitely book this house again in the future!

Beautiful, spacious and clean! The lake is steps away! While we did not utilize the dock, tiki bar or the outdoor space because of rain, what a plus! Would absolutely consider booking again.

Jessica really stood out as a host—she was responsive and accommodating throughout our stay. The home itself is impressive, comfortable, and incredibly welcoming. The tiki bar on the lower level was a highlight and added a special touch to our vacation. I’m already planning a return trip, next time with the girls!

We had 3 generations and 11 individuals. The house was everything we could have hoped for! There was plenty of space to keep siblings and cousins room to breathe. The views are amazing and we had a great time boating and fishing. Everything was clean and communication with the host was terrific! We aren't drinkers, but the Tiki bar was so neat. Our musician loved the piano too! All around an amazing week!

We loved this house! It felt very clean and had more than enough space for my friends and I. The view of the lake was breathtaking and the bar in the basement was so fun. There's a lot to do nearby, on top of wine tasting, we visited the nearby towns of Hammonsport, Watkins Glenn and Geneva which were all so cute. My favorite winery was Magnus Ridge, about 20 minutes from the house.

This is a wonderful house! The layout was great for our family. It was the best stocked place we've ever rented with plenty of kitchen and bathroom equipment and supplies. It was very clean and had a great view of the lake. The location was great with only being a short drive from attractions at both Keuka Lake and Seneca Lake. We really enjoyed sitting outside on both the deck and the patio.
