Located in the heart of Indian River with a short walk down the street to Burt Lake and Indian River. Only 30 min drive to Petoskey/Harbor Springs for Lake Michigan and ski resorts. Home has recently been remodeled inside and out. Great for large families. Has large yard and backyard fire pit.
