Remodeled Corner Unit D211 with washer & dryer. Sleeps 4

I’m truly sorry the unit didn’t meet your expectations. I’d like to address your concerns and provide a bit more context: The condo is listed as a studio, with a pull-out couch available if needed.Washer: We’ve had several guests since your stay without any reports of an issue. We really wish you had reached out during your visit so we could have taken care of it right away. In our Caribbean climate, especially right on the ocean, humidity can sometimes cause mildew in washers. We do clean and wipe it down after every guest, though occasional staining on the plastic can occur.Toilet paper: We provide four rolls (one on the holder and three under the counter). We understand you mentioned this to the housekeeper at checkout, but we would have happily brought more during your stay if we had known.Curtains: It’s quite common in the Caribbean for units not to have curtains.Chairs & beach setup: The complex provides complimentary lounge chairs, and we also include two beach chairs for your use.  Parking is open, and we’ve rarely had issues with availability. I’m sorry this wasn’t your experience. Generator: You were provided with two host contact numbers for assistance,  The generators are  new, and unfortunately there was an unexpected mechanical problem. We’ll be updating the information in the condo to make contacting us even easier. We appreciate you feedback it helps us continue to improve the it helps us continue to improve the guest experience.
