Welcome to Sandpebble 305! Enjoy your ultimate coastal getaway in our direct oceanfront 2 bedroom 2 bathroom third floor unit (with an elevator!). Beautiful sunrises and incredible panoramic views abound from a private balcony accessible from both the living room and master bedroom.
This unit offers a well stocked kitchen providing all the necessities for dining in and both drip and Kuerig for coffee while enjoying the sunrise on the new Polywood outdoor furniture. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and a full on suite bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The living room also provides additional sleeping space with a pullout queen sofa.
*Be advised new photos will be added to reflect updates made to unit after current "snow birds" vacate the property*
This Unit Is:
- Truly oceanfront just steps from the sand and sea. Panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and incredible sunsets from the living room, master bedroom, and private balcony.
-A private third floor end unit with an elevator! No tenants above you which means no noise and only neighbors to one side.
-Centrally located in family friendly Surfside Beach. Less than a mile from the new Surfside Beach Pier. Close to restaurants and shopping with proximity to Myrtle Beach, Murrell's Inlet and 1.5 hours to Charleston. Close to Myrtle Beach Airport (9 miles) making visiting a breeze.
Amenities We Provide:
-Bed linens and sofa linens.
-One set of bath towels and hand towels per person along with extra beach towels.
-Paper goods and household items to get your stay underway. One roll of paper towel/ One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom/ Tissues/dish soap and dishwasher detergent/2 garbage bags.
-Stacked washer and dryer in unit.
-Stocked beach storage closet under the building. 4 beach chairs/umbrella and screw down base/kids beach toys/boogie boards/beach games.
Policies:
-This is a non-smoking unit. No smoking, vaping, e-cig in the unit or on the balcony. $500 Fee will be applied for smoking.
-No pets allowed.
-Parking: One tenant parking spot.
-Peak Season are weekly rentals only (Saturday to Saturday)
