Amplio 2400 sq. Ft. Propiedad, justo en el Tenedor del Sur del Río Grande. Despertar a la imagen perfecta vistas de las montañas. 4 amplios dormitorios con 2 master suites y 2. 5 cuartos de baño en la planta baja. Dos dormitorios, 1 baño, y un loft en la planta superior. Enorme sala con chimenea y vistas a las montañas y al río. Amplia cocina que se abre en la gran sala. zona de río enorme, casi del tamaño de un campo de fútbol !! Un montón de tomas de corriente para interiores y exteriores para manejar multitud de dispositivos electrónicos.

We loved the property, perfect amount of seclusion. Very close to the town. The cabin was clean and very well stocked. If you prefer a firm bed, then this cabin is for you! The fall foliage was beautiful and getting to experience the first snow of the season on the mountain tops was amazing. We were hoping to fish in the creek that runs in front of the cabin but due to the once in a lifetime floods the area experienced that was a big negative! However, it was nice to get away from the humidity of Broken Bow, Ok. Thank you so much for your hospitality and we look forward to staying with you in the near future.

The location was convenient. The house is ideal for 3 couples. The highway was very close, so there was highway noise. The property was nice just needed a deep clean. We didn't use the hot tub or the outside much, they had painters refinishing the house and it was a little weird being outside with them. They were there everyday during the day of the stay. The first evening a gentleman came by and told us that he overseen the property and they had 30 minutes of painting, so we said that would be okay. I messaged the owner to make sure he was indeed the overseer of the property, she said he did look after the property. The 30 minutes of painting lead to them painting the following 2 days, it was a bit odd with them standing outside the windows throughout the day. After we left, the owner asked for a review-I told her it would have been better if the painters had not been there. She told me that they never have maintenance done with guests. The person looking after the property was fully aware-he was there. If you have someone overseeing the property they should know your rules. If the painters had not been there it would have been more enjoyable but we did get out and enjoy some beautiful drives in the area.

Great location, great property. We saw deer and a bear from the porch. Everything was super nice and close to Southfork. We had a great time and the owners were easy to work with.

The house sat in a picturesque spot at the end of a quiet gravel road, right beside the South Fork of the Rio Grande creek. Every bedroom—and even the dining table—offered peaceful views of the water. It was nearly ideal for families with young children, featuring bunk beds, open space to explore indoors, and easy access to the creek from the covered rear decks. The beds were comfortable, and each bedroom had its own bathroom—except for the upstairs bath, which was shared between two rooms, one of which had bunk beds. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the spacious living and dining area included a cozy fireplace and a TV. Both rear decks were covered, making them perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery.

Fabulous property for a summer vacation! Fly fishing in the river in front of the property, town of Southfork was close and had all amenities necessary. Jayant was very accessible and helpful and the home was beautiful! Will definitely stay there again!

Enjoyable Stay

Property is nice. New hot tub, but not convenient to get to. Charged extra for use of the hot tub but wasn’t able to use it much as it wasn’t easy to actually get to the hot tub. House itself was good. Nothing to complain about. Overall, all was good and location to Wolf Creek Ski area was great!

Very nice

I was looking for a spot close to the Wolf Creek pass, and this was the perfect spot. Beautiful river front view and we really enjoyed the hot tub:)

House on the river

This was the perfect house for our family and friends. It was a perfect location to Wolf Creek Ski area. South Fork offered wonderful restaurants and other places of interest. The house was clean and had all the amenities that we wanted. It was a wonderful skiing vacation spot!!

Wonderful family vacation spot!

Perfect for our family of 10! Kids loved the bunkroom and play area, great gathering area for meals and family time. Too cold (15-25 degrees during our stay) to spend much time outside on the property, but we did enjoy the views. Convenient to skiing, ice fishing, skating, and sledding. Also drove to Alamosa for kids movie, and Worth The Drive Bakery for all kinds of yummy stuff. Wish we could have stayed longer to go to the Great Sand Dunes National park. We will be back!

Best Christmas week ever

Spend an amazing stay with the family, views were great, hot tube was amazing and a great addition to our stay. I'd recommend this to my friends, it was a magical christmas week!

Our little girls wedding day

We came into our beautiful rental home looking to have a place to come together as family and friends to enjoy this moment we have waited for to find her knight in shining armor. Our hosts were so amazing! The communication as we secured their beautiful home was so personal and always so prompt. Even when I had a million questions, we not that many but probably more than most. We felt blessed, and at home in the beautiful setting of South Fork Colorado, thank you for hosting our family as we celebrated the marriage of our daughter and her husband and family

We love skiing, hiking, biking, camping and spending time in nature. We visited South Fork on multiple family vacations and fell in love with it. In addition to the outdoors, we love the charm of small towns and friendly neighbors - in fact, the biggest selling point of South Fork for us was that it is far from any major airport! We finally built this home so our family could enjoy the great outdoors of Colorado. South Fork also takes the pleasure of Working From Home to new heights. Thanks to excellent fiber connectivity, we can work productively without having to take vacation. And our children cannot get enough of all the activities that South Fork and its surrounding areas have to offer. We are delighted to host your family so you too can enjoy our home in this picturesque wonderland that is South Fork!

Our family loves quiet, scenic vacation spots far from large airports and loud, boisterous crowds. We have rented homes in South Fork many times and loved it more and more each time. Every trip, we dreamt of owning a home here and now we do! This piece of paradise boasts a huge riverfront lot for fishing, rafting, or picnics, incredible vistas in every direction, hiking in the Rio Grande forest, and skiing at Wolf Creek pass.
