Tucked away is a full water view condo in Lewes at 33707 Skiff Alley. Our two-bedroom condo is a haven for those who find peace on the water.
The star of the home isn't just the space inside (which comfortably sleeps 6), but the tranquil world outside your door. Step onto the private balcony with your morning coffee and breathe in the salt-kissed air as you watch the sun dance on Love Creek. This is your front-row seat to passing herons, diving osprey, and the ever-changing canvas of the marsh.

New listing of a coastal themed, immaculate 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo, stocked up and ready for a calm, relaxing stay. In the winter enjoy the fireplace while watching the wildlife from anywhere in the condo. In the summer, enjoy days filled with family, friends or self by the beach, pool or outdoor spacious balcony.

Guests have full access to the entire unit, balcony, pool, poolhouse, docks, parking. A no-car access bridge is steps outside the unit--- great for fishing, crabbing or bird watching over Love Creek.

Extras included for your enjoyment include beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, key fob for pool and poolhouse access, pool floats, crab netting/small cages, 5 fishing poles(2 designed for children) popcorn maker, cotton candy maker, binoculars, flashlights, candle warmer, BBQ utensils, wine and martini glasses, thermos mugs for water/coffee by the pool or ocean. Also have a wagon for easy item transport to and from your car, and pamphlets for nearby attractions.

You will have direct water access to both the Rehoboth Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Situated only 6 miles from the famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk and 7 miles from the lovely beaches of Lewes, this serene enclave has everything you are looking for in a beach retreat. Whether enjoying the beautiful sunrises over the Rehoboth Bay during the spring and summer months or taking in the beautiful views of the changing leaves from the surrounding tree lines during the autumn months, you will relish Delaware’s premier coastal community.
