Brand new listing! this newly renovated ,beautifully decorated, one bedroom, one bath, centrally located condo overlooks Hilo town and has spectacular views of Mauna Kea and Mauna Loa. Walking distance to lots of restaurants, shopping,The Hilo Framers Market and Longs Drugs store(Hilo's only 24 hrs. Pharmacy)
This unit has 2 balconies.A/C,WiFi, reclining sofa for 2, a LG65" flatscreen smart tv in the living room,4 counter stools and a dining table for 4. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, microwave, toaster, keurig coffee maker with complementary coffee pods, dishwasher, and all dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and seasonings to cook your own meals if you wish.
Comfortably sleeps 3 adults. the bedroom has 1 queen sized bed, dresser and 2 night stands.We also have a twin size roll away or a japanese style floor futon bed upon request.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower/tub combination with towels and toiletries.
The complex also has a communal pool with BBQ grill,(hours-sunrise to 8 pm). We have pool towels in the bathroom.
Each floor has a locked coin operated laundry room,(hours-7am to 10pm), We provide complementary laundry pods.
The complex grounds have a koi fishpond surrounding the building and is adjacent to the Wailoa River State Recreation Area.
The complex also has 24/7 security onsite.
Designated parking for 1 vehicle and to secure bicycles in the lobby.
This is a non-smoking or vaping residential condo building, quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 pm to 8 am.
