This was a great place to stay. Check was easy. The amenities were nice and I felt safe. Centrally located with quick access to everything you might need in Hilo. I am grateful to have found such pleasant accomodations.

Pros, are it has a decent size lanai, it was clean, except for the stove, couldn’t cook on it because the burner tops were not appealing due to crud and rust and the side of stove was in bad shape.Con’s: tried to update by just painting the counter top and bathtub in bathroom which was peeling paint.No info in unit to explain anything about pool or laundry facilities, the whole complex is very dated and needs a lot of repair and updating, took one look at the pool and decided to not swim, poor communication as to what building we were in and no parking instructions, we had to do all the leg work and research on all this on our own.
