This 2BR furnished home includes a two-car garage, stainless steel appliances, gas range, screened patio, and luxury mattresses from Helix and Tuft & Needle.

Additional amenities include: Bluetooth THX sound system, large walk-in master closet, heated bathroom floor, toilet bidet, and more. Living room has recently been outfitted with a leather pullout couch.

**This home is family owned and operated. It has board games, a fully-equipped kitchen, and art on the walls. There also might be the occasional dog hair or dusty surface. Please don't book with us if you would be more comfortable in a corporate hotel.**

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys

Please ensure all kitchen trash is in the trash cans behind the garage.

Leave keys and garage fobs on the table in the garage.

Once everything is locked, use the garage keypad to close the door.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

When the washing machine is not in use, please leave the door open to ventilate and prevent mildew. The washer does best with small loads.

$50 cleaning fee will be assessed for: 1. Cigarette butts left outside 2. Perishable garbage left in kitchen 3. Burned food on stove top
