Villa Al Fresco is a dedicated short-term rental, and it is equipped with renters as the primary residents in mind. Our success in the Florida market has led to the addition of this exciting new property to our portfolio. Villa Al Fresco is NOT someone’s primary residence that gets rented out to try and make a few extra bucks. THIS IS OUR BUSINESS, and we know what it takes to make you a happy return guest.

In Italian, Al Fresco translates to "In the fresh air". That's exactly what you experience when you stay at Villa Al Fresco. Boasting two massive corner sliding doors, you can take full advantage of the Florida lifestyle in the comfort of our professionally decorated and impressively appointed luxury home.

This 2600 sq. ft. home has 2 en suite bedrooms with the master suite on the opposite side of the house. With 3 king size beds and 3 full bathrooms everybody has room to stretch out. There's a full/twin bunk bed in the 4th bedroom with boardgames and a PlayStation 5 for to keep the kids busy during cocktail hour ;-P

Villa Al Fresco has a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, which includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meal. A separate laundry area and dedicated coffee bar is conveniently located directly off the kitchen.

Expansive outdoor living area with your own private dock overlooking the beautiful waterways. (2) Fishing poles and (2) Kayaks (4) life jackets are provided to enjoy Cape Corals extensive canal system which includes 7 lakes that are all accessible from your private dock.

Dine alfresco in the fully screened lanai featuring. This stunning villa boasts a large outdoor bar with a (new in 2026) Weber propane grill and high-quality grilling tools for the designated grill master. A full tank of propane is included for your stay. Ample outdoor seating ensures plenty of room for you to indulge in the Florida lifestyle while you lounge by the heated saltwater pool. State of the art Sonos speakers on the lanai provide an exceptional audio experience while you bask in the Florida sunshine. There is a bathroom with shower located directly off the pool deck for your convenience.
