Serene 3-bedroom townhome in Crested Butte perfect for getaway
This three-story townhome is in Skyland, right on the rec path with private access to Grant Lake, the golf course and easy access to town and trails! Big on views and easy entertaining, each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and a large, open layout for the family/kitchen/dining room makes it a fantastic choice for groups or multiple families to have privacy and also communal space to share. The heated, oversized garage ensures your vehicle, bikes and other belongings can be kept secure. The wood burning fireplace with a custom stone hearth makes great fires for cozy mountain evenings. Enjoy views of Mt. CB from the main floor, the two decks and two of the bedrooms. A third deck has a propane grill for easy entertaining. A bike ride to town on the Deli Trail or a four minute car ride, all the convenience in CB is available to you while enjoying the serenity of Skyland. Make new memories in CB this summer!
