Town home located in the quaint village of Crested Butte. Construction completed in 1998 with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. Open, sunny living space.

Three levels including a heated mudroom entryway, two bedrooms, each with its own TV and queen bed, a sleeping loft with two queen beds and half bath, two additional full baths, complete laundry and kitchen with everything you'll need. Main level has vaulted ceiling, gas fireplace, walk-out deck with gas barbecue, adjoining kitchen. Designer decorated throughout. Sleeps up to eight people in four queen beds. Radiant heat to warm your toes!

Conveniently located two blocks from the free shuttle that takes you on the seven minute, three mile ride up to Crested Butte Mountain Ski Resort. Quiet, in town location is where you want to be. Park your car and walk to nearby restaurants, night spots, theaters, and shopping. Walk out the front door to Nordic ski trails in the winter and mountain bike and hiking trails summer and fall. Beautiful, comfortable, and convenient!

About Paul Caldwell

I moved to Crested Butte in 1995 when I bought a downtown B&B. Moved away in 2002, but held onto my In-Town duplex. You can take the man out of CB, but can't the Butte out of the man :)

Loved our stay!

Everything was wonderful!!

I rented this townhouse in early May 2009 for my daughters graduation in Gunnison. There were seven of us in the townhouse. We never felt crowded. We never ran out of hot water. The accommodations were perfect!! The townhouse was well stocked with everything. The owner was above and beyond wonderful to work with as I had to make a few changes along the way. (Thank you again) Super location. Super view. Super townhouse. I kept repeating to everyone all weekend "Have I mentioned this place is aweseome?".

Great location, everything was as marketed

Quite spacious and functional space good for a small group, only a short shuttle to the mountain and less than 10 min. easy walk to all of downtown Crested Butte.

The owner is responsive and check in and out was quite simple. The property is a duplex and you share a wall with the neighbor who you do hear, but the neighbors were respectful for my stay. Besides - if you are in Crested Butte you should find enough outside activity to exhaust yourself and be unconscious by day's end anyhow!

Beautiful home in an amazing location

We had a lovely stay in Crested Butte--the house is spacious and really comfy. Also an amazing location--walking distance to downtown and to a quick shuttle up to the mountain. Paul was very easy to deal with too. The only reasons I don't give it 5 stars: the fireplace didn't work and we couldn't get in touch with the host during the stay and the carbon monoxide alarm went off. Otherwise, a spectacular place to stay! The balcony was also really nice.

Owner's Response: I'm happy that you enjoyed your stay. I apologize for the fireplace mishap. The igniter switch went out and being that your stay was short I didn't have time to have it fixed before your departure. I promise that the fire will burn bright next time you stay 🔥�. My housekeepers checked the carbon monoxide detector and reported that it was functioning normally after your stay. I don't know what was going on when you visited. Thanks for choosing my property. My mom and I stayed at this townhouse for a few days - we thought it was great. It was sunny, cozy, spacious and clean and Paul was very responsive and nice! We would recommend that you make a visit.

Clean, Comfortable and close to town and the shuttle for skiing.

Excellent rental. Great location. Close to town, we were able to easily walk to town. Not far from the shuttle to the mountain so we didn't have to worry about driving to the resort. Very clean, and comfortable ,had everything we needed for 3 couples. Well stocked kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfasts and dinners at home. Would definitely stay here again.

Rates are subject to change until reservation is confirmed with a deposit. Stays of 4 nights or less require payment in full to hold the reservation. Stays of 5 nights or more can be guaranteed with a 50% deposit when making the reservation (if more than 90 days prior to the rental date). The balance of payment is due 90 days before the rental date.

Paypal, Visa or MasterCard can be used for an additional 4% charge. Simply use my email address as the Paypal account.

Reservations are not booked until the deposit has been received. When payment is received I will email confirmation, along with instructions on how to gain access to the property. PLEASE EMAIL ME AFTER YOU'VE MAILED THE CHECK.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations more than 90 days prior to check-in will be fully refunded less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 90 days prior to check-in are NON-REFUNDABLE , unless I am able to book the property for the dates you had reserved. Or the deposit can be credited to a future, mutually agreeable date. If we re-book the property we will refund a prorated share of the rental fee for each day that we are able to fill, less the $50 cancellation fee.
