Ocean House 2302 | REMODELED | 2 bd 2 ba | gulf-front!

NEW OWNERSHIP. Completely remodeled 2022. Ocean House #2302 is an interior gulf-front 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor in building II overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1000 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room and gulf-side master bedroom. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths with either a tub/shower combo or stand-alone shower. The gulf-side master bathroom is accessed via the bedroom and hallway. The street-side bedroom has an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Ocean House I and II are 9 story buildings with 6 units per floor located 1 mile West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Ocean House has a large seasonal zero-entry outdoor pool and small kiddie pool. The property also has a grilling area that services both buildings I and II. Minimum age required: 23. Sleeps 6. NO MONTHLY'S

Parking passes are purchased on-site at Ocean House at guard house or office located in building I - CASH ONLY. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit and cost is set by the association and is subject to change at any time without notice.

STAY AND PLAY

This rental comes with our 'Stay and Play Package', which includes complimentary tickets to the best area activities including; golfing, deep sea fishing, dolphin/nature cruise, amusement park, zoo and movie rentals. Each rental comes with our "Stay and Play package." Some restrictions apply.

*The 'Stay and Play Package' begins on the scheduled date of arrival and is not available on day of departure. Services are non-cumulative and non-transferable. All services are subject to change, subject to availability, and weather permissible. The 'Stay and Play Package' does not apply to monthly rentals.

fun location, great beach

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: our overall exeprience was good. The condo had a strange smell coming from the bathroom in the bedroom by the deck. It smelled like rotten water damage. The condo itself isn't very stocked for anything you might need or want to cook. we ended up buying a foam mattress topper for ther pull out sofa because that mattress was very uncomfortable. Over all it is a fine condo in a great location- jsut plan on eating out every meal and bring all your needs for the beach.

Traveled from out of state, didn’t have a rental car and had to pick up the key at separate location. If the place had a keypad it would have been so much better. The condo was great and security team was super helpful unlike the company who runs the condo.

Be careful when you book at Ocean House and parking is not provided with the your rental! We had to buy parking passes twice for two vehicles during our ten day stay. So it cost us 160 for parking and this was not mentioned during booking at all! The condo itself was absolutely nice and well kept! The noise was bad above and both sides and also able to hear people run back and forth outside of the front door. It has a beautiful view onto the Ocean and was outstanding. The elevators was kind of a pain because every time you went to get on it for some reason it stays on the 7th floor and you have to wait on it all the time!

Excellent place to stay

We had never been to Gulf Shores so we were nervous about choosing a place without knowing anything about it or the area. This unit was really nice, good appliances, comfy bed, and clean. The location was great and conveniently next to groceries, shops, food, and entertainment. Would definitely stay again.
