The Space:
Welcome to Casa Verde — a beautifully preserved historic home in the heart of downtown Wilmington designed for comfort, privacy, and convenience. Whether you’re visiting with family, friends, or colleagues, this spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom property offers the rare combination of historic charm and modern amenities — all within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, and the Riverwalk.

As you enter the home you will see that there are two suites offered. The Garden Suite is located on the main level and the Terrace Suite is upstairs. The identical units each offer two bedrooms with their own private en-suite bathroom, blackout curtains for restful sleep, and smart TVs in three of the four bedrooms for relaxing after a day exploring the city. Each suite has its own full kitchen, living area, private outdoor space, and washer/dryer. The home is ideal for larger groups, wedding parties, multi-family stays, or extended visits.

Enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail on one of the private patios or terrace overlooking the large backyard. Free street parking is easy with four provided parking passes — a major bonus for downtown stays!!

Please note:
There is a separate third unit located behind the home that may be rented during your stay. That unit has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the interior of Casa Verde. The front yard and sidewalk are shared spaces, as they provide access to both the main home and the rear unit.

A small section of the backyard is fenced off and designated for the rear unit guests, while the remaining backyard space is for Casa Verde guests to enjoy.

We want your stay to feel comfortable, convenient, and stress-free from the moment you arrive. The home includes 4 parking passes for guest use throughout your stay.

Please note:
The home accommodates up to 10 guests. There are four bedrooms with comfortable queen beds. For additional guests, a queen-size self-inflating air mattress is provided and can be set up in one of the common areas or bedroom spaces as needed. Please note that this is an air mattress rather than a traditional bed, so it may be best suited for children or guests who are comfortable with flexible sleeping arrangements.

You’ll find two fully equipped kitchens stocked with essentials for cooking, dining, and entertaining. Each guest is provided with a full set of fresh towels, and bathrooms are stocked with three rolls of toilet paper. Each kitchen includes two rolls of paper towels for your convenience.

We provide premium shampoo, conditioner, and body wash to elevate your experience, along with complimentary snacks to help you settle in. Laundry detergent and dish detergent are also supplied.

For families traveling with little ones, we have a Pack ’n Play available upon request.
