Although the landscaping was pretty, office staff was awesome & the property was quite & peaceful, we were terribly disappointed by the smell & roaches inside. Pest control did come spray, but we continued to find pregnant roaches & their live babies everyday of our stay. We weren't sure of the smell inside, but like the roaches, it too never went away. Disappointing because we paid too much to deal w such ongoing, disgusting issues. I wish the property owner would've offered us some type of other options appropriate to our situation because we're concerned what we could've brought back home w us. Don't think I would recommend this property to anyone.

While we have a regularly scheduled pest control program in place, Port Aransas' coastal climate can occasionally result in increased pest activity, especially after periods of rain and heat. As soon as we were made aware of your concerns, we arranged for our pest control provider to visit the property promptly. We understand how frustrating this experience was, and we regret that it impacted your vacation. Your feedback has been shared with the property owner, and we will continue working with our pest control team to ensure the home is thoroughly treated and monitored.
