Hook N Reel Time is a remodeled 2-story 1909 house just minutes from Aransas Pass Yacht Club and Ransom Park & Boat Ramp . Great for all men & women that love to fish or just need a place to relax. It features a
Smart Locking system, a wrap around porch w/plenty of seating for entertainment, a BBQ pit/smoker and a carport to park your boat under. Just a 20 minute ride to Rockport Beach, the Aquarium or the USS Lexington & more. Check out our Guide Book for further entertainment ideas.
Full kitchen features a coffee maker, toaster, refrigerator with filtered water & ice, kitchen supplies like condiments, coffee and creamer for your use. Washer/dryer along with detergent, WiFi and Roku and games. The 2nd story is accessible with a private entrance and features 1 queen bed & 2 twin beds, a kitchenette with a mini fridge, coffee maker & condiments, full bathroom (tub only), and a nook for reading.

This property hooked us from the beginning with the wrap around porch and all the natural beauty and charm of the 20th Century. It also has some very unique features that you do not see in other houses.

What makes this property unique

Many exterior doors for easy access to the outside, a wheel house ladder to the loft area and a wrap around porch large enough to accommodate several guests!
