We enjoyed our stay at Danielle’s place. It was very spacious and clean … it was a bonus to have a tv in every room…. Our host had great communication skills and was very responsive. Great location? Great neighborhood, we actually had a quick meet with the host after we left and had to come back to grab something we forgot … she was very sweet and we’d def stay there again whenever we’re in Charlotte!!

Highly RecommendedWe had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the thoughtful touches and warm atmosphere throughout the house. It was relaxing, comfortable, and perfectly suited for our family.We were in town for my grandchildren’s soccer tournament, and this home provided the ideal place to gather, recharge, and unwind between games. The teenage boys especially loved the outdoor basketball court and the bonus game rooms — A !The host was gracious, responsive, and incredibly accommodating. Every detail exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciated the exceptional hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and family-friendly home away from home. A true 5-star experience!

Why they chose this property

We chose the Woodberry Forest neighborhood because it perfectly captures the charm of Charlotte living. The area is beautiful, with mature trees and a peaceful feel, yet it’s still just minutes from the city, popular neighborhoods, and the charming town of Matthews.

It’s a wonderful place to walk and enjoy the outdoors, and one of our favorite features is having a park right in the backyard. It gives guests a relaxing, neighborhood feel while still being close to everything Charlotte has to offer.

What makes our property special is how peaceful and spacious it feels while still being so close to the city. The large yard and beautiful patio create a relaxing outdoor space that makes it easy to forget you’re just minutes from Charlotte’s restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

The chef’s kitchen is a standout, perfect for cooking, gathering, and enjoying time together.
