Guest Access:

– Easy self-check-in with a personalized code sent one week prior to your arrival. Enter directly via the keypad on the front door. Check-in is after 4 PM, and checkout is by 10 AM.

– Parking: One spot in the garage, 2 in front of garage, and street parking. The driveway is plowed during winter.

– Property Access: Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, the patio, garage, and everything on the property.

– Connectivity: Wi-Fi is available throughout the home (network and password will be provided in your pre-arrival message). Cell phone reception is great for most major carriers.

– Emergencies: Your host is available for prompt assistance and typically replies within 20 minutes. For medical emergencies, Heber Valley Hospital is just 3.5 miles away.

– Comprehensive printed house manual is also provided inside the home for quick reference.
