The open living space features a comfortable queen bed and futon, ideal for lounging after a day in the sun. The kitchen is fully equipped for home-style meals, offering a drop-leaf dining table with seating, kitchen island bar stools, and small appliances including a microwave, toaster oven, blender, and both a standard coffee maker and Keurig. A stacked washer and dryer add extra convenience for longer stays.

Step outside and enjoy the best of coastal living. The property boasts a large private backyard, front and back decks with seating, a gas grill, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after the beach. A screened-in bonus room on the ground floor offers a relaxing hangout space with a Roku TV, seating area, and games, giving guests another cozy spot to unwind.

Pets are welcome at Sunkissed Cottage! A $50 non-refundable pet fee per pet applies for stays up to 7 days. For stays longer than 7 days, a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet will apply. We kindly ask that pets are well-behaved and respectful of the home so everyone can enjoy this cozy coastal space.
