Welcome to your picture-perfect, newly built mid-century–inspired retreat in the heart of Austin’s coveted Zilker Park neighborhood. Designed for both business and leisure, this stylish home offers a calm, sun-filled escape while keeping you steps away from the energy that makes Austin so special.
From here, you’re a short walk to South Lamar, Barton Springs, and Zilker Park—home to some of the city’s best restaurants, cafés, live music venues, boutiques, and iconic outdoor spaces. Whether you’re here to work, unwind, or explore, this location puts the best of Austin right at your doorstep.
Inside, the home features an open-concept design with soaring ceilings, creating a bright and airy atmosphere throughout. Two bedrooms are located upstairs, while a full-size pull-out sofa downstairs offers additional sleeping flexibility. The fully equipped kitchen provides ample counter space and everything you need to cook at home, while the inviting living room opens directly to the patio—perfect for morning coffee or relaxing after a day out.
Comfort comes standard here. Enjoy a steam shower/wet sauna in the primary bathroom, thoughtful dog-friendly touches like food and water bowls with treats, and family-friendly amenities including a highchair and pack-and-play. For longer stays, complimentary housekeeping every two weeks is included to keep things fresh and effortless.
