Perfect for multiple families, golf groups, or reunion weekends, the condo comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests.

This thoughtfully designed condo offers three private bedrooms and three full bathrooms, making it easy for larger groups to stay comfortably together. Having three full baths means no waiting in line to shower after a day on the slopes or before dinner reservations.

The open-concept living area is designed for gathering and relaxing. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for warming up after skiing or enjoying a quiet evening indoors. There is ample seating for your group to relax, play games, or watch a movie together.

The fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare meals with ease, whether you're making a quick breakfast before hitting the slopes or hosting a full family dinner. The dining area provides space for shared meals and conversation.

Winter at Boyne Mountain is where this property truly shines. With true ski-in / ski-out access, you can step outside and be on the slopes in minutes. No loading skis into cars. No searching for parking. Just ski.

Boyne Mountain is a true four-season destination. When the snow melts, the mountain transforms into a playground for outdoor enthusiasts. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Are any of the resort amenities included for free in our stay?
Only the seasonal outdoor pool is available to our guests free of charge. It is located in the common area surrounded by the condo buildings. Access to Deer Lake Beach, which is a short drive from the unit, is also free. All other activities/amenities are owned and managed by Boyne Mountain Resort and can be booked directly with them.

Why are you not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs?
Our condo stays very busy all year round, often with back-to-back bookings. Our cleaning team is scheduled and sometimes maintenance activities are scheduled in advance within the 11- 4 pm window in-between guests. We need that time to allow for restocking, cleaning, laundry, and ensuring that the home is ready for your arrival.

Is there a BBQ/grill, patio, or lawn chairs available for guest use?
No, this unit opens directly to a sidewalk and parking lot. I have seen some guests set up a small portable grill in the parking lot (aka tailgating), however, we do not provide this.

Is there assigned parking or a limit to the number of vehicles permitted to park at the condo?
No, there is no assigned parking, and no restrictions on the number of vehicles permitted per unit in the lot.

Is there RV parking available?
Yes, but not directly in the condo parking lot. Across the road from the entrance/gate of the condo development there are some tennis courts and a large parking lot. RVs are allowed to park overnight there.

Is the condo on the first floor?
Yes, the door is located near a side walk ramp to the parking lot. There is only one unit above this unit and one unit that shares a wall.

Do you offer any discounts?
No, we don’t offer special discounts because our pricing is managed regularly, and we believe that our pricing is competitive for the amenities and space we offer in this market.

Is there a ski locker we can use?
No, we do not have a locker for our guests to use. The best place to store gear is in the mudroom area, which has a thick rug to soak up the water. Boyne Mountain also offers overnight gear check for an affordable rate that many of our guests prefer to use.
