This condo offers an exceptional vacation experience and is fully equipped with everything that you need to have a great vacation. The condo is managed by PMI Maui, a local Real Estate Brokerage that specializes in vacation rentals. We are located within a mile of the resort and available 24/7 to our guests. We are committed to provide our guests a clean and sanitized unit, by following enhanced cleaning protocols developed by experts in the health and hospitality industry. Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the balance being due (30 days prior to arrival), nothing further for the reservation would be processed and you would only forfeit the deposit.  If you cancel after paying in full, we will refund you for any nights that we are able to rebook, minus the $400.00 deposit.  If we were to close to tourism, you would be fully credited the amount that you have paid towards a future booking and the balance would not be processed. Travel Insurance is available and strongly encouraged.

Awesome place

This is a beautiful resort with everything you need very kid friendly beautiful maintained grounds , condo is perfect everything you need and in new condition!!! Only bad part is leaving ! It is close to bars and restaurants!

What a beautiful place

This was a great place to stay. It was clean and well appointed. The grounds are beautiful. It is right across the street from a public park and beach. We saw whales and sea turtles. Would definitely recommend this property.

Kameole Sands

We loved the property, very clean, modern and well appointed. Our daughters said the Murphy bed was very comfortable. It was a perfect location, lovely view of the beach and a short walk there and the condo provided all the necessary beach equipment. We had a great stay and would definitely book again.

The cpndp was exactly as pictures shown - perfect. Had more extras than expected. Property was beautiful and well maintained. The Lanai stays shadowed all day which is a major plus! Very happy we stayed here and would stay again.

This is our second time renting from them (different units) and we will keep coming back!This unit is the perfect size for a couple plus 1! Both the Murphy bed and the bed in the bed room were incredible comfortable and the unit was clean and comfortable upon arrival. The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler make for an easy start to your vacation and the beach across the street was a perfect setting for the sunset. We had everything we needed for our stay and felt right at home.

The complex location was excellent, directly across the road from Kam 3 beach (beautiful beach with great boogie boarding and beautiful sunsets!). The grounds are well maintained. The condo itself is recently renovated. We found it to be very clean, and comfortable for the two of us. Two washrooms is a nice bonus! We had a nice view from the lanai of the grounds and even the ocean. Basic amenities were provided like soaps, shampoo, washer detergent. Bed was comfortable, but would be nice to see a washable duvet cover. Added bonus to have beach chairs, boogie boards, beach towels and coolers provided. We would definitely stay here next time we visit Maui!

Checking in was a breeze & all info was given, including where to park & how to find the unit. Love that there were stickers in helpful spots telling you “owners closet/drawer”, “do not spray....”, “don’t remove...”, etc. It was a clear & effective way to communicate. There was a binder that had helpful notes & the app was even more helpful! There were beach towels & beach chairs to borrow that made our stay even better. Would love to stay here again

Reviewer Comments: 1) AC didn’t work when we arrived but was fixed by noon the following day.2) Refrigerator freezes vegetables and fruit anywhere in the refrigerator. The adjustment says do not touch. $9 basket of strawberries or grapes are expensive.3) Bathroom door lock doesn’t work. We have a 3 yr old that walks in anytime door is closed.4) Mismatched pots, pans, dishes and plates. Plastic cups cracked and leaked on bottom of multiple cups.5) WiFi doesn’t work in the bedroom but works great in the living room.6) AC in bedroom is aimed at the thermostat so the temperature control doesn’t work.7) Clothes washer leaked. We had to empty the reservoir at lower left which should be done by maintenance.8) Broken handle and hinge on beach cooler. From the discoloration it was broken for a while. It was sitting there in multiple pieces in the kitchen.9) AC condensation pump behind TV in living room runs every 15 minutes when the AC is on. It is impossible to sleep in the living room murphy bed if you run the AC at night. We had kids so keeping the doors open was not an option.10) No cleaning supplies even though the binder says the unit includes supplies ie windex, lysol, bleach spray.11) Smaller bathroom shower only gets warm water but the other larger shower gets hot water.12) Front door screen door closer was tired and broken and we couldn't keep the screen door open. This is difficult when bringing in beach wagons or strollers.

Aloha! We loved staying at this condo. Very clean, great views and it’s our favorite condo complex right across the street from our favorite beach. This was the perfect place to stay on our first venture back out into the world after Covid. Love, love, love Hawaii and everything about it. Mahalo!
