Large 1 Bedroom 2 Bathroom remodeled unit in Quiet Building 5. Sleeps 2.

We are a 2-3 minute walk to beautiful Kamaole Beach III. Our building is located in quiet building 5 on the 2nd floor. Our unit is close to the elevator but far enough away to not hear it. Additionally, there is a beautiful ocean view from our lanai!

The remodel of our unit has now been completed and we would love to share our new additions with you! The following items have just been completed:

- Fresh paint

- New porcelain tile floors throughout the unit (no carpet)

- New bedroom set to complement the king bed

- New couch in the living room

- A new 46 inch high definition flat screen TV in the living room

- Both bathrooms have been remodeled with new granite counters, new sinks and faucets.

- New bedroom air conditioner

- New Washer and Dryer

- New Water Heater

- New kitchen chairs

The kitchen is well equipped with granite counters, a built in microwave and stainless steel appliances. A new queen size sofa sleeper has been added to the living room along with a new 46' flat screen TV and a new Blue Ray Player. Enjoy the beautiful lanai to relax or dine outside while taking in the beautiful garden views of the 15 acre tropical resort. You will also see an ocean view!

It is our ultimate goal to provide you with an excellent vacation experience. This is not a typical rental as we treat our unit as our second home. Since you rent "owner direct" from us, we are able to provide you a quality condo at a very competitive price!

Our 1 bedroom 2 bathroom remodeled condo is a large 818 square feet and located in the magnificent Kamaole Sands resort in South Maui. With convenient elevator access to the 2nd floor, it is located in the very quiet building 5, which is know as the 'inner courtyard'.

ADDED FEATURE: WHEN BOOKING OUR CONDO FOR TWO WEEKS OR LONGER, YOU WILL RECEIVE A COMPLIMENTARY 'REFRESHER' HOUSEKEEPING VISIT DURING YOUR STAY.

FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET (wireless) is provided to all our guests for your computer. and prepaid by the owner.

FOR THE BEACH:

The condo is stocked with a beach Umbrella, Cooler, Two Boogie Boards, and two new Tommy Bahama Beach Chairs.

SPAS/RESORTS Less than 5 minutes away: Four Seasons Resort, The Grand Wailea, Fairmont Kea Lani, Wailea Beach Marriott.

Anytime of year is a great time to visit Maui! With the cool Trade Winds, the summers are cooler than most mainland summers, and the winters are famously warmer. Kamaole III beach is across the street with it's beautiful protected beach and grassy play areas, playgrounds and shady trees on the upper level.

We are walking distance to several restaurants and shops, and less than a five minute drive to the exclusive Wailea shops, golfing and restaurants. There are grocery stores (Safeway, Star Market and Foodland) and many reasonably priced to expensive restaurants, boutique shops and souvenir shops. We love being able to help our guests enjoy their time in Maui, so we are pleased to offer you a luxurious retreat for a reasonable price.

For a relaxing longer and quieter stay, come visit us from June thru October when the crowds are gone but the natural attractions of Maui are still abundant. Sun baked beaches, warm ocean waters...treat yourself to an unforgettable and wonderful vacation!

ONSITE FEATURES at Kamaole Sands include a large swimming pool, two hot tubs, a children's wading pool, four tennis courts, snack bar, activity desk, exercise room and eight barbecues with picnic areas.

- COMPLIMENTARY coffee and local newspaper are available from 7am to 9am in the lobby area.

- COMPLIMENTARY Mai-Tai party with live music every Wednesday in the pool area.

- The 24-hour front desk offers wake up call and dry cleaning services.

Beautiful, clean, updated unit

We loved our stay at Kamaole Sands! The unit has everything you need and is beautifully decorated and updated. We stayed for 5 nights during our wedding on Maui. All of our family members stayed at Kamaole Sands. The grounds are lovely. If you're looking for a place to be able to host BBQ's with family and friends, this is a great option. We grilled and hung out each evening at the excellent BBQ's down by the pool. The beach is the perfect size and was great for meeting up with family and friends who also stayed at the complex. Len was an attentive host. When the coffee pot shorted out on our first day, he had a brand new one delivered by the next morning! Thanks for the wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing condo in a perfect location

If you are looking to spend a relaxing vacation in a beautiful setting, Len and Karen's unit is the way to go! This remodeled condo feels so spacious and welcoming. The furniture is very nice and comfortable. We loved the beach decor! The condo was spotless when we arrived. And what a fantastic view! The lanai overlooks the beautiful surrounding gardens and the pool, plus you have a view of the ocean and a peek-a-boo view of the mountains. Having breakfast on the lanai every morning was our favourite time of the day. And watching the sunset was a magical moment. The condo is appointed with everything you need. Having all the beach gears (chairs, umbrella, towels, etc.) was a real plus. This place really felt like a home away from home and we were so sad when we had to leave! Thank you for sharing your beautiful property!

Great property/Great location/Great owners

My wife and I stayed 6/10/17 - 6/20/17 at Len/Karen's condo. This was our third trip to the island. We were there celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The owners were very responsive and cared that we had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. The condo is in great shape and has a beautiful view of the grounds (which were very nice) and the ocean which is all of a 1/4 mile'ish away. The fact it is on 2nd floor and not near any major walkways means it is quiet. Very nice pool.

If staying there I'd recommend eating at 808 Deli, Maui Gelato or Maui Bread Company (Dolphin plaza) and Mama's Fish house if you can. Take a drive to Paia to the local grocer, great healthy food and local coffees. Maui Brewing Company which is close for some craft brews.

We look forward to staying there again. Highly recommend. Mahalo!

Great stay

We had a great time staying at Len's condo. The location was great, close to many restaurants and beaches in Kihei and a short drive from all the other major areas on the island. The unit itself was very clean and spacious, and it was great to have in-suite laundry and two bathrooms. The pool area and condo grounds were also terrific. We would definitely stay again!

Awesome! Beautifully updated condo! Great lanai views!

This condo in building 5 is truly a slice of paradise! I enjoyed the tranquil ocean view that can be seen as soon as you enter the condo. The great views of the ocean, pretty courtyard and pool could be seen regardless if I was preparing lunch in kitchen or having a glass of wine on the lanai watching the sunset. I felt at home in this quiet 1 bedroom condo because it has all the modern amenities including fully stocked kitchen, laundry and extra bathroom. The location was fabulous since I was able to walk along the beaches during the day and go to shops and happy hours in the evening. The owners were very courteous and helpful when providing suggestions for local restaurants, entertainment, etc. I am already planning my return vacation to this condo!
