Perched toward the top of a charming European like village overlooking the Pacific. This cozy beach unit is the downstairs of an A-Frame, a 5 min walk downhill to the beach, the cafe and a few restaurants. Also, it’s a short drive to hike, fish, crab, agate hunt, kayak, forage, mt. bike, etc

Wake to the sound of crashing waves & ocean views, have a fire & bbq while the sun sets. My Wife and I live upstairs with our two pups & are looking for respectful guests to maintain a peaceful vibe and keep common areas clean.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Fletcher was super responsive. We got to his home after dark and the walkway down to the door was pretty dark with a few steps. Would recommend some additional lighting. The home was comfy and as listed.

Our property is a 3 story A Frame built into the hillside with views of the Pacific Ocean and Cape Lookout. It has a large backyard, perfect for escaping the summer north wind and soaking in the sun, having a picnic, fire and watching the sunset
